A Safe, Positive and Flexible Counselling Experience


As an experienced and accredited counsellor, committed to working within the  BACP's Ethical Framework you can be assured that your welfare will be my primary concern during our work together.  I receive my own regular supervision to help guide me in best practice and I regularly update my skills and knowledge. I hold regular reviews with my clients to discuss their experience of the counselling.


I view each of my clients as a unique, resourceful person with whom it is a privilege to work. My aim is to provide a warm, encouraging and non-judgemental space in which we can work collaboratively together. The counselling models that I use encourage a positive mind-set and a positive relationship with ourselves; these include - Innate Health Realization (also known as the 3 Principles Approach), Compassion Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology. Because each client's counselling needs are different, the frequency of sessions can vary - for example weekly, 2-weekly or at varying intervals depending upon circumstances (some clients spread out sessions more when things start to improve). This can also help spread the cost of counselling. Many clients find that they achieve their counselling goals within 6 sessions, whilst some require a few more (but usually less than 12 sessions in total).

Fees and Location
£50 per 1 hour session
Counselling sessions are only offered via Zoom. In my experience there is no difference in outcomes between counselling via Zoom vs In-Person counselling.
